How we help your patients

The Cancer Care Coordinators contact patients who are referred and follow each patient throughout the cancer experience.

Our coordinators are oncology nurses who meet with patients, assess their needs, and provide a treatment organizer with disease-specific information. We are available to coordinate services, provide education, support, and resource information.

We keep physicians informed via fax or phone call periodically regarding each patient referred.
